Welcome

Welcome to the Lincoln– Omaha Society of the Archaeological Institute of America. We were chartered in 1995. Our mission is to provide the residents of Nebraska and western Iowa opportunities to attend lectures by prominent international, national, and local archaeologists. We also occasionally sponsor tours to nearby excavations or to Greece in conjunction with either Creighton University or the University of Nebraska– Lincoln.
