1. unzip jecp_pced.zip into a selected directory

	you should find these files

	jecp_pced.jar
	PCED.jpg
	pced.htm
	readme.txt (this file)
	Al.dat
	bccFe.dat
	Mg.dat
	NaCl.dat
	Si.dat

2. double click jecp_pced to start the program in Windows OS
   or in command_line type: java -jar jecp_pced.jar to start the program

3. test and envaluate the program

	(for more info, please read pced.htm.)
