Guidelines for Submission (General)
- Announce opportunities for students to participate in campus-wide
calls for nominations for awards and/or scholarships e.g., Student
Leadership Award for Juniors, LeaderShape.
- Announce opportunities for students to participate in events open to
the student body e.g., Homecoming, MLK Celebration,
Big Red Welcome.
- Announce changes in policies, procedures, or practices e.g., hours of
operation, new guidelines for class registration.
- Events and/or deadlines must be scheduled during the fourteen days
following distribution of the weekly e-news.
Guidelines for Submission (Academic Colleges)
- Announce special opportunities for students to participate in college
specific awards/scholarships.
- Announce opportunities for students to participate in events sponsored
by the college.
- Announce changes in college specific policies, procedures and/or practices.
- Events and/or deadlines must be scheduled during the fourteen days
following distribution of the weekly e-news.
Student Involvement reserves the right to reject any submission that
does not conform to the Guidelines for Submission.
