Scholarships
Money is always a concern when attending college, but there is hope! There are many scholarship opportunities for Pre-Vet students if you do a little searching. Those listed below are only a few of the scholarships that provide financial assistance for Pre-Veterinary and Veterinary students.
- Pre-Vet Club Scholarship:
- This spring the club will be awarding two $250 scholarships to Freshman or Sophomore members and two to Junior or Senior members who have shown great leadership and involvement in the UNL Pre-Vet Club.

- Application deadline will be posted this Spring
- NVMA Pre-Vet Scholarship:
- This year the NVMA has decided to award two Pre-Vet Scholarships. Pre-Vet Club members have been recipients in the past, so get in your applications!
- The minimum GPA to apply is 3.5 and official transcripts are required.
- The application can be picked up from Lee Johnson in 120 VBS or found at the NVMA website
- Application deadline will be posted this Spring
