Richard Endacott (Associate Professor) received his B.A. in Political Science from The Colorado College in 1985 and his M.S. in Film Production from the Boston University College of Communication in 1990. Early film credits include Ice River Journal, One Saturday Morning and Growing Futures.
In 1991, Endacott joined L.A. based Quince Productions, to develop television and film projects. Three years later he moved to Nebraska and teamed up with Omaha filmmakers, Dana Altman and Dan Mirvish to produce the feature film Omaha: the movie. Endacott and Altman later established North Sea Films, Inc. and created a wide range of film and television projects including feature, The Private Public.
Endacott joined the faculty of the Johnny Carson School of Theatre & Film in 1999 and currently teaches screenwriting and production courses. Richard also continues to produce projects for his production company, Swiftwater Films, Inc.
