Conferences and Seminars












Annual conferences are held in even-numbered years with AAPOR in North America and in odd-numbered years years in connection with the ESOMAR Congress in Europe. This arrangement permits WAPOR members to meet with academic, commercial, and government researchers from the main centers of survey research on both sides of the Atlantic. Our next annual conference is scheduled for May 2008 in New Orleans, Louisiana in the United States.

Meetings to discuss professional and methodological issues are held at various locations around the world with the aim of bringing WAPOR programs closer to its members, wherever they may be. Regional meetings in recent years were held in Mexico, Spain, Poland, Italy, Slovenia, and Hong Kong.
