In 1956 the young Gamma Chapter purchased the old Farmhouse facility and this became our home until May of 1971. At this time we began building a new facility on the old site with funds from the alumni association. This new facility was beneficial to the chapter for expansion purposes.

Recently the physical appearance of the chapter has changed again. In the summer of 1998 a new addition was built on to our existing house. Thanks to the generous donations from our alumni, we now have a state of the art kitchen and conference room. In 2001, the house underwent another phase of our remodeling plan, as the balconies were removed and improvements were made to the north entrance. Also, a state of the art wireless Internet system was installed allowing every member access to the Internet throughout the facility. This, in conjunction with Alpha Gamma Sigma's pledge to continually update our computer technology, adds up to what we trust is one of the best Greek educational facilities on campus. New carpeting was laid throughout the house during the spring of 2003, as well as the completion of a major landscaping project thanks to the financial support of the AGS mothers club. In the future, we aim to further improve the north entrance as well as continue to make renovations to individual rooms.

Meanwhile the internal quality of the Gamma Chapter remains the same as we continue to lead the campus in scholarship and involvement.
