MAA's Award for Distinguished Mathematics Teaching at the Middle and High School Levels

Just a reminder that each year at the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics national spring meetings we hold a reception to honor the new Sliffe recipients who are attending NCTM, and renew our friendships with former winners. If you are attending the NCTM meetings in Salt Lake City (April 9-12, 2008), please join us, and bring your friends. There will be a small ceremony. If you are a Sliffe Award winner, please stop by our booth in the convention center, and introduce yourselves. We'll have a ribbon to place on your badge, to acknowledge your Sliffe status. Just remember that we do this each year, so if you will be unable to attend the Salt Lake City Meetings, but are able to attend a future NCTM Spring Meeting, we'd enjoy hosting you at the reception.
