tuesdays at 7:30pm in the basement of the culture center at 14th and r streets. meetings are open, and all are welcome.

this semester we will begin each meeting by writing urgent actions, something that had been relegated to the end of each meeting in the past (for more information on letter writing and urgent actions, please see our take action page). each week we try to present a speaker from the campus or community to discuss a relevant issue for about 30 minutes. we will wrap up our meetings this semester with event planning.

UPDATE: due to weather, our meeting will be held in the 13th floor lounge in cather hall, NOT at the culture center. we will not have a speaker, as dr. hitchcock will speak next week because of probable low turnout. if you can make it easily, please do, but don't brave the weather and streets for it. be safe and check back for updates.
