Here at AOII our mission is to "provide sisterhood for a lifetime, promote academic excellence, enhance personal and leadership development, and encourage fraternity and community service."
Sisterhood in Alpha Omicron Pi is so much more than attending meetings, going to social events, and wearing Greek letters, it is a feeling of belonging to a group of women who accept you for who you are and encourage you to develop into the woman you want to become. In AOII, you can find a place where you feel at home. You can count on your sisters in good times and bad. Through it all, you will develop friendships that will last a lifetime.
"The object of the fraternity shall be to encourage a spirit of Fraternity and love among its members; to stand at all times for character, dignity, scholarship, and college loyalty; to strive for and support the best interest of the colleges and universities in which chapters are installed, and in no way to disregard, injure, or sacrifice those interests for the sake of prestige or advancement of the Fraternity or any of its chapters."
