We believe that Alpha Phi not only provides us with a solid base during our college years but also allows us to meet and form lasting friendships with other women. The Nu Chapter believes it is important to nourish those friendships and bonds, which make our chapter stronger. Throughout the year we plan activities for our new members and the entire chapter, which allows us to spend time together despite our fast paced hectic lives.

At our all-house retreats, we can let loose with our sisters, and have a night of fun, food and laughter. We also frequently have planned sisterhood events, such as decorating cookies, making Valentines and facial nights before formals.

Every year pledge classes plan a spring or fall break trip. This is always a great time to reconnect with your sisters and relax. But, of course, what would an Alpha Phi trip be without a little discovery, excitement and adventure? Seeing your sisters away from campus always adds something new to your relationships.

Whether events are “planned” or not, there is never a moment in Alpha Phi that memories aren’t being made to last a lifetime. There is always a friend waiting for you to share a laugh with and to talk to until the early hours of the morning. We treasure the bonds that we form in Alpha Phi.
