The Arts Outreach Initiative helps connect the Hixson-Lied College of Fine and Performing Arts with Nebraskans throughout the state. With funding provided by the Hixson-Lied endowment, Hixson-Lied undergraduate students are eligible to intern with arts organizations in Lincoln. In collaboration with the UNL Alumni Association and the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, UNL programs are being promoted throughout the state through performances, 4-H summer programs, and other events.
