EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MINUTES

PRESENT: Bender, President Kennedy, Baum Kuska, Latta, Mayo, Prochaska-Cue, Scheideler

ABSENT: Bryant, Ford, Humes, Shoemaker, Williams, Zorn

The Committee met briefly after their meeting with the Academic Planning Committee on the Master Plan of the University (see attached notes). The committee discussed the April 28^th Senate meeting and Chancellor Moeser's call for a change in undergraduate student policies on withdrawing from classes. They also discussed Dan Bernstein's presentation on Peer Review. President Kennedy announced that the committee may be reviewing ARRC procedures.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:05 PM. The next Executive Committee meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 6, 1227 R Street. Respectfully submitted, Miles Bryant, Secretary.
