The School of Music at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln enthusiastically invites all students, regardless of academic major, to participate in one or more of our bands. All ensembles are one credit hour classes. The bands available at UNL are the Cornhusker Marching Band, the Big Red Express athletic pep band, the Wind Ensemble, the Symphonic Band, Jazz Ensemble I, Jazz Ensemble II, two Campus Bands, as well as jazz combos and other small ensembles such as the Percussion Ensemble.
