If yes, consider courses about teaching students with emotional and behavioral disorders at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln! The program has many courses which are now available via distance education, delivered anywhere! *

You can simply take classes (with credit for certificate renewal or salary advancement)
• If you have a teaching certificate you can enroll in a program leading to a special education teaching endorsement in Behavior Disorders K-12 and earn a masters degree at the same time. Don't have a teaching certificate? Talk to an advisor about getting a teaching certificate in special education.
• If you already have a Masters degree, consider adding the endorsement as a part of an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree!

UNL's Behavioral Disorders Program offers you information that can empower you to more effectively work with children with challenging behaviors. You will be given support by a knowledgeable and friendly staff and the camaraderie of others who face the same challenges on a day to day basis.
