Executive Board
President. The President shall preside over the Executive Committee and General Assembly meetings and be responsible to the organization and direct all its activities; act as the ceremonial representative of the BGSA; serve as the chair of one of the committees, if necessary.
Vice President. The Vice-President shall assume the duties of the President in his or her absence, serve as chair of one of the committees, and execute all duties assigned by the President.
Treasurer. The Treasurer shall maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the BGSA; collect annual dues for membership; make all necessary disbursements; work with Student Activities and any other organizations that provide funds to the BGSA; aid the Secretary in maintaining a membership roster; and serve as the chair of one of the committees.
Secretary. The Secretary shall maintain a membership roster with the aid of the Treasurer; keep minutes of all meetings; serve as the chair of one of the committees; and perform any other duties assigned by the President.
