Good Band Names

When I was in law school (before Noah and the big flood), I spent most of my time in class trying to think of legal terms that would make good names for rock bands.  What?  Did you think I was studying or something?

My favorites are Attractive Nuisance, Harmless Error, and, for some strange reason I never could explain, Lex Loci.  (For those of you who've had Conflict of Laws and enjoy Superman, would Lex Luther be Smallville?) And, of course, there's that old fifties band, the Promissory Notes. Other Possibilities:  Collateral Estoppel (Hit song: "My Two-Timing Baby"); Piercing the Veil (Hit song: "Hurts So Good"); Contempt of Court; Double Jeopardy; Duress; Harmless Error; Misjoinder; Assault and Battery; Joint and Several Liability; Limited Power of Appointment; Meeting of the Minds; Motion in Error; Summary Judgment; Testator; Negligence Per Se; Rule Against Perpetuities (but who would listen?); Quantum Meruit; Livery of Seisin; Doubtful Title; Flagrante Delicto; Voir Dire; Writ of Mandamus; The Noisy Withdrawal (Thanks for Nick Clatterbuck for the last one.).

I recently discovered that Fragrante Delicto is an actual band.  Thanks to their keyboard player Adam Scott for the link.

Let me know if you have any other good possibilities.
