Kelli has 19 years of experience in higher education, and has worked in UNL Career Services since 2000 counseling students and managing employer relations for the department. She enjoys working closely with organizations on recruiting efforts and practices to increase opportunities for all our talented UNL students, and also serves as the liaison to CASNR. She is an adjunct faculty member for the Agricultural Leadership, Education, & Communication (ALEC) department, and regularly teaches a leadership class each semester. In addition to greatly enjoying helping students and enhancing connections for them, she serves on the UNL Speaker’s Bureau, the student affairs assessment committee, is the Student Life Director representative, is active in the community, serves on a national committee on graduate surveys and recently had a Jossey-Bass monograph proposal on strategic directions for career services accepted for publication.
