Maria works with local, national, and global recruiters. She coordinates the reservations for interview rooms and information sessions, assists with interview schedules, and explains the various recruiting tools and services. In addition to in-person interviews, employers also may utilize the Career Services phone and Skype video-conference interview rooms and scheduling services. This can save recruiters valuable time and travel expense. Maria finds her career especially rewarding in the win-win of helping employers meet their hiring needs and students reach their career goals. Seeing a recruiter and student meet for that first interview and all the possibilities it presents for a bright future for both parties - is always exciting!
