Rachel joined UNL as a Career Coach for Career Services at CBA in 2011 where she counsels undergraduate business and MBA students with their career development and job/internship search needs. She also works closely with employers to develop and promote recruiting opportunities for UNL business students. Prior to her current role, Rachel spent more than five years working as an Assistant Director,  Career Consultant, and Career Counselor for the University of Connecticut’s Department of Career Services and several years working at UNL in the College of Business Administration, Career Services, volunteer/service-learning, and the Honors Program. She has presented at multiple national and regional conferences on career development for sophomore and junior students, StrengthsQuest, and pursuing doctoral education, and was a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Leadership Development Program and Education and Training Strategic Priority Committee.
