The Dining Etiquette Seminar is available to any University group by request. The evening is designed to refresh your memory regarding the basic rules of reception and table etiquette. As students get closer to full-time employment, they may have to face a job interview over a meal or be expected to attend special functions like receptions and dinners. During a brief mocktail reception followed by a 4-course meal, students learn to navigate and network at receptions and multi-course meals as well as a job interview conducted over a meal. The seminar will also cover unique situations that can occur in these settings.
