Professional Development Day for Educators

Education candidates seeking initial certification should attend Professional Development Day (offered each semester) for specific information relating to conducting a job search in Education. Topics include accessing Career Services' Husker Hire Link, web resources for the education job search, education resumes and cover letters, interviewing strategies, establishing self-managed application materials, salary/contract negotiation, and Nebraska certification application. Professional Development Day is a release day from student teaching and should be attended by those who are currently in their job search.
