Career Services Spring Career Fair Volunteer Sign-up

We are no longer seeking volunteers for the Spring Career Fair. Thank you for your interest, we will again request volunteers in October 2008 for the Fall Career Fair.

Individuals who volunteered for the Spring 2008 Career Fair have been contacted via email with details regarding t-shirt pickup and volunteer duties. If you submitted a volunteer request but did not get an email, please contact Chris Timm at 472-8049 or ctimm1@unl.edu. Remember, volunteers will be assigned to meet the needs of the day; dress appropriately for both inside and outside duties.

Description Key
Employer Hospitality/Student Check-in	Clean-Up After Fair/Set-up for Next Day
Circulate between assigned tables and assist recruiters as needed with last minute supplies, refreshments, etc. Check students in at the registration table.	Thank and assist recruiters as they leave, assist staff with moving displays, clean up, etc.
6 volunteers needed per time shift	10 volunteers needed per time shift

Your Submit signs you up to volunteer for the fair. If there are too many volunteers for a particular timeslot, volunteers will be contacted to determine availability for a different day or different time. All volunteers will receive instructions along with their t-shirt prior to the fair. You will be assigned to meet the needs as they occur during the day, dress appropriately for walking, moving, and the weather conditions.
