Stage Party Information
The stage party is reserved for university dignitaries, speakers and special guests.
As a member of the official stage party, you will wear academic regalia, march in the processional and recessional and be seated with dignitaries on the stage.
Members of the stage party should have received a printed invitation with RSVP information. Your stage party RSVP and regalia order (if needed) must be received by March 6, 2017.
Arrival information and stage party details will be emailed to you prior to the installation.
Installation Day Notes:
- 9:45 a.m.
- Stage party, faculty and delegates will assemble for robing and the processional line-up in the Lied Center for Performing Arts Carson Theater. Use the Carson Entrance located on west side of the Lied Center. Directional signs will be posted.
- 11:00 a.m.
- Ceremony begins
