Spring Open Tournament

The UNL Chess Club will still be hosting the Spring Open on Saturday, April 26th from 10:00am-4:00pm in the City Union. However, this will NOT be a rated event and will be FREE and open to all UNL students,Faculty, and staff. Participants may register either via e-mail (kstubben@bigred.unl.edu) or on site. The tournament format will be game-15 (15 minutes each side) for 6 rounds. Registration is until 10:30. A one hour lunch break will be allotted after which participants will complete the remaining 3 rounds. Awards will be presented for the top players at approximately 3:30.
