Her current hobbies include softball, running, gardening, her cats and restoring/renovating old houses. In December of 1999, she and Corrie bought a dilapidated house built in 1910. The first floor was half-gutted and they have spent the last six months rebuilding the entire first floor from the inside out. Although it was in poor condition when they purchased it, they found its charm in its large porch, second floor balcony, original woodwork, intricate shingling and a large backyard. They have converted the house, which was once separated into three apratments back in the 1950's, into a single family home by reconnecting the basement and second floor to the first floor.
Erica would enjoy hearing from you, so please feel free to contact her by e-mail.
