Partnerships to Revitalize Heart of Lincoln Neighborhoods
The University of Nebraska–Lincoln, residents in the partnering neighborhoods, the City of Lincoln and a variety of community-based private, non-profit organizations, will work together to revitalize partnering neighborhoods by developing programs to encourage home ownership in those neighborhoods.
