months; (I) - Intermediate: has practiced yoga at least six months;
(A) - Advanced: has practiced yoga regularly for at least one year
INTENSITY: (low) 1, 2, 3, 4 (high)
Intensity describes the strenuousness of the workout.
(FS) -Recommended for Faculty/Staff and Adult participants
