The following items/activities are not allowed: food, drink, water bottles, gum, tobacco products, drug use, alcoholic beverages, spitting, dangerous weapons (as defined by the University's Student Code of Conduct), baby strollers, roller skates, and roller blades.
Appropriate athletics footwear is required to be worn. Only athletic court or running shoes are allowed. Sandals, open toed shoes, boots, turf/spiked shoes, and hard-soled shoes are prohibited.
Throwing or hitting hard objects is prohibited i.e. baseballs, softballs, cricket balls, golf balls.
Grasping of basketball rims and/or nets is prohibited.
Authorized employees only may set up or take down sports equipment, i.e. volleyball nets, badminton nets.
Youth age 15 years and younger must be accompanied and directly supervised by parent/guardian.
Failure to abide by these policies and regulations, those printed in Campus Recreation General Policies or requests made by any Campus Recreation employee can result in ejection or suspension of building and program privileges

All personal items should be checked in at Husker Red's and Towel Exchange or stored in a locker room.
Appropriate athletics footwear is required to be worn. Only white or light-colored soled athletic shoes are allowed on wood floors and mats. Sandals, open toed shoes, boots, and hard-soled shoes are prohibited.
Appropriate workout apparel is recommended. Street clothing is prohibited.
Protective eyewear is strongly recommended. Eye guards may be checked-out or purchased at Husker Red's.
All racquets must have protective guards on the edge and a thong at the end of the handle.
Purposely striking racquets against walls, windows, doors, or floors is prohibited.

The following equipment is available at Husker Red's for check-out, rental, and/or purchase: wallyball net/ball racquets; racquetballs; handballs; squash balls; and eye guards.
