The following items/activities are not allowed: Running, boisterous or rough play, food, drink, water bottles, gum, tobacco products, drug use, alcoholic beverages, spitting, dangerous weapons (as defined by the University's Student Code of Conduct), baby strollers, roller skates, and roller blades.
Spitting, water spouting, and nose blowing in the pool, gutters, and deck areas are strictly prohibited.
State law required all swimmers to wash their body and hair in a warm shower with soap prior to entering the pool. If a patron does not want to wet his/her hair, then he/she is required to wear a swim cap.
All swimmers must wear proper swim wear at all times.
Circle swim procedures will be implemented at the discretion of the lifeguard.
Throwing objects in the pool is not allowed during lap and circle swim times.
Patrons shall not engage in any activity that would endanger or put at risk the patron or any other patrons of the facility
Patron having an obvious communicable disease, skin eruption, cut, sore or lesion, eye, ear, nose or throat infection are prohibited from using any public swimming pool.
Youth age 8 years and younger must be accompanied and directly supervised by parent/guardian.
Personal training of patrons, either individually or in a group, is only allowed with a designated employee of Campus Recreation
Questions should be directed to the authorized supervisor or lifeguard.
Failure to abide by these policies and regulations, those printed in Campus Recreation General Policies or requests made by any Campus Recreation employee can result in ejection or suspension of building and program privileges
