Super Circuit

  • The following items/activities are not allowed: food, gum, tobacco products, drug use, alcoholic beverages, spitting, dangerous weapons (as defined by the University's Student Code of Conduct), and personal items, e.g. backpacks, cell phones. All personal items should be checked in at Husker Red's and Towel Exchange or stored in a locker room.
  • Plastic spill-proof water bottles only are allowed. All water bottles must be placed away from the activity area.
  • Appropriate athletics footwear is required to be worn. Sandals, open toed shoes, boots, and hard-soled shoes are prohibited.
  • Appropriate workout apparel is recommended. Street clothing is prohibited.
  • Throwing / kicking of objects is prohibited i.e. balls, sticks.
  • Specialized equipment is used in this room and must be used with a supervisor
  • An orientation with an authorized supervisor is required before initial use of Super Circuit
  • Follow the super circuit pattern - do not skip or repeat exercises
  • Leaning equipment against walls and/or sound panels or removing equipment from this room is prohibited.
  • Authorized supervisors only are allowed to operate the stereo, clock, computer, and computer voice device only.
  • Warm-up and Cool-down time are strongly recommended before and after using Super Circuit
  • If you feel faint or dizzy contact the attendant on duty immediately. Resting at stations is permitted, but you must maintain you spot in the circuit.
  • Users must arrive 20 minutes before scheduled closing in order to complete the Super Circuit
  • Super Circuit will be locked when an authorized supervisor is not present
  • Youth age 10-15 years with a minimum of 4 feet 10 inches (48inches) are permitted when accompanied and directly supervised by parent/guardian.
  • Personal training of patrons, either individually or in a group, is only allowed with a designated employee of Campus Recreation
  • Failure to abide by these policies and regulations, those printed in Campus Recreation General Policies or requests made by any Campus Recreation employee can result in ejection or suspension of building and program privileges
