An American Red Cross-formatted class designed for the begining adult swimmer.

CHILDREN'S SWIM LESSONS
American Red Cross "Learn-to-Swim" program for youth, held at the UNL City Campus Mabel Lee Hall Pool. Instruction Levels 1 - 6 . Your child's experience will be challenging and fun. Instructor to child ratios are maintained at level lower than one instructor per seven children.

PARENT & CHILD SWIM LESSONS
This class is catered toward getting you and your little one in the water for fun. Instructor will help prepare young children for the "Learn-to-Swim" program while emphasizing fun activities. Parents and children will be guided through practice sessions that involve games and stroke techniques.

PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS
