ALPHA PHI SIGMA
Chi Epsilon Chapter (at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln)
National Criminal Justice Honor Society
"He Who Perseveres Succeeds"
Chi Epsilon is the name of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln chapter of Alpha Phi Sigma. The chapter was formed in 1993 and has been active within the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice and the Lincoln community since that time. Activities that the organization is involved in are planned by its student members, but often include sponsoring guest speakers, assisting with fund raising for community non-profit organizations, and participating in community service projects among other things. Alpha Phi Sigma also frequently works with the Criminal Justice Student Association to organize a special criminal justice career session for UNL's spring career fair.
If you are interested in applying for membership in Alpha Phi Sigma, membership application forms are available in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice office located at 310 Nebraska Hall. If you would like additional information about Alpha Phi Sigma, please contact the faculty advisor to the organization, Dr. Candice Batton, at 472-4432 or through email at cbatton@mail.unomaha.edu.
