UNL Communication Studies Director of Graduate Studies, Dr. Dawn O. Braithwaite with Dr. Bill Seiler at National Communication Association in November 2006 after receiving "The Bernard J. Brommel Award for Outstanding Scholarship or Distinguished Service in Family Communication."
Dr. Braithwaite also received the
"Distinguished Service Award" from Western States Communication Association and was most
recently named
"Willa Cather Professor" in April 2007 for the College of Arts & Sciences.
