Torri
Lienemann is a doctoral student in
the Department of Special Education and Communication
Disorders. Torri received her Bachelor of Science
from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln
in 1998, and her Masters of Education -
Special Education in 2003. She is involved in
teaching undergraduate courses, grant writing,
research, and creating new programs to assist
students with special needs and their teachers.
The emphasis of her work is in the areas of
Strategy Instruction and Specific Learning Disabilities
in the area of Reading. Torri also serves as
a private tutor/consultant, and a homebound
instructor for students with medical problems.
