A successful college education cannot be entirely found within the classroom. Learning to take charge, working with a diverse group of people, and gaining hands on leadership experience is as equally as important as one’s coursework. That’s why Delta Tau Delta strives to provide its members with one-of-a-kind leadership opportunities.

 

Student leadership within our fraternity as Chapter Officers and Chairmen give Delts a chance to develop their leadership skills right on campus. But another group of unique opportunities only available to Delts are the Fraternity’s Leadership Academies. The Academies bring undergraduate Delts from around the country together to learn more about leadership development while sailing off the coast of main, visiting our nation’s capital, or returning to the birthplace of Delt itself at Bethany College in West Virginia!
