Delta Tau Delta’s leadership philosophy is to promote the personal development of brothers through intentional and empowering programming designed for today’s student. 

 

You can hone your own leadership skills through your involvement in Delt by taking advantage of both local chapter opportunities such as holding office within the chapter or on the campus IFC, chapter leadership retreats, alumni mentors, connections to campus organizations, and more.

 

And through unique national opportunities such as Divisional leadership conferences, Karnea (Delt’s national conference), the Delt Leadership Academy, Kershner Scholars, The Road Membership Education Program, Futures Quest, the Undergraduate Fraternity Institute, and more!
