Felice Reddy, MA Felice's research interests revolve around recovery from serious mental illness and the implications for treatment modality innovations and general systemic changes. Specifically, she is interested in the iatrogenic effects of institutionalization, especially among persons with a history of trauma. Her research also includes neurocognitive protective factors, women’s issues, and the consumer movement. Currently she is working as a Psychology Extern at the Community Transition Program at the Heather and does therapy and evaluations at the Community Mental Health Center. Prior to coming to UNL, Felice received her BS (Psychology) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During her undergraduate career she was involved in various research projects examining social cognition and emotion perception among people with autism spectrum disorder and with schizophrenia.
