Delta Upsilon Fraternity

 
 

The Nebraska Chapter of Delta Upsilon is located on the northwest corner of 16th and Vine in Lincoln, Nebraska. Over the period of Delta Upsilon's 111 years at the University of Nebraska, the chapter house has been located in many different places. Our current chapter house has served as a home to DUs since its construction in 1959. Since then, many additions and renovations have been made, including the addition of a top floor, and renovations to our living room, chapter room, and dining hall courtesy of our Alumni.

We are proud to say that we live in a very nice and unique house. Our house has some very nice features. Our house has 29 Two-man rooms, 5 Three-Man Rooms, a suite for the Chapter President, and an apartment for the house parent. We have the capacity for 75 live-in members. We have 4 bathrooms, as well as a Ladies-Powder Room for our female guests. We also have a fully stocked kitchen and dining hall, a computer lab, laundry room with free washers and dryers, game room, and a T.V. room ("The Tube Room"). Our house also boasts a large 28 stall parking lot, as well as a courtyard (we are the only house on the UNL campus with a courtyard) complete with a very nice outdoor stereo and speaker system. In addition, the Delta Upsilon Chapter House also has central air/heating, free cable TV, and Time Warner High Speed Internet in every room. At the start of the 2008 year we will have wireless internet throughout the house, so members are able to study in an environment that makes them comfortable.
