What can YOU do with a soybean? Congratulations Lisa Durso, UNL grad student and winner of the 2001 "Innovative Uses of Soybeans Contest!" Lisa picked up her check for $3,500 at the November 12th meeting of the Nebraska Soybean Board. There's already interest in Lisa's Eco-Auto car care product, and it's not even on the market yet! Now is the time for students at Nebraska colleges and universities to begin working on their projects to enter in the 2002 contest. Students may work individually or as a team. They may work with an advisor, but that's not a requirement. Entries must include a report about the product's development and a product sample, and are due by March 1, 2002. Call 402-472-8187, E-mail Loren Isom at lisom2@unl.edu, or visit the UNL Industrial Agricultural Products Center web site, for details! http://agproducts.unl.edu * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
