There will be no campus mail delivery/pickup on Thursday,

FACULTY: Degree Grade Rosters identifying December 22 degree
candidates will be mailed to the faculty on November 26. The deadline

 3. Dec 14 - Deadline for  Donation of Vacation to Crisis Leave Pool

Regular employees who plan to donate vacation days to the Crisis
Leave Pool are requested to print out a Crisis Leave Donation Form

form to the Department of Human Resources at 407 Adm (0438) or by fax

 5. Mail Collection Box Removed at 1820 R Street

The drive up collection box located on the southwest corner of
the Mail & Distribution Services building at 1820 R Street has been
temporarily removed due to increased security.  Any campus or outgoing
mail may be dropped off at the main entrance to Mail & Distribution
Services during normal working hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.  We are
sorry for any problems that this removal may cause for off hour and
weekend mail drop offs.  Any questions can be directed to Mark Porter,
