Anyone involved in making travel arrangements, submitting travel expense statements, and travelers themselves should visit this site regularly for the latest policies, procedures and forms. This site can be used to find the current mileage reimbursement rate, what expenses are allowed for reimburse-ment, maximum meal reimbursement rates by city, etc. As a reminder submit employee expense reimbursement documents on a timely basis. Expense reimbursement should be submitted no longer than 60 days after final day of travel. Limited Submission - National Endowment for the Arts The application deadline for the Limited Submission-National Endowment for the Arts, FY 2010 Grants for Arts Projects is March 12, and Aug. 13 for Access to Artistic Excellence; May 28 for Challenge America: Reaching Every Community Fast-Track Review Grants; June 11 for Learning in the Arts for Children and Youth. An organization may submit only one application under each component and one application as a lead partner in a consortium, but separately identifiable and independent components (e.g., a university campus that has a presenting organization and a radio station) may submit an application for each such component. Limited Submission - NSF Nanotech Undergrad Education in Engineering The deadline for Limited Submission - NSF Nanotechnology Undergraduate Education in Engineering is April 29. Only one proposal may be submitted by an academic institution as the lead institution with the exception that an academic institution may submit a second proposal as the lead institution only if it is focused on the societal, ethical, economic, and/or environmental issues relevant to nanotechnology. Ballast and Dear Zachary open Friday at the Ross * Ballast (Feb. 13-19): This award-winning drama tells the story of a single mother and her embattled son as they struggle to subsist in a small Mississippi Delta township. An act of violence thrusts them into the world of an emotionally devastated highway store owner, awakening the fury of a bitter and longstanding conflict. * Dear Zachary (Feb. 13-19): Shortly after his best friend Dr. Andrew Bagby was slain by jealous ex-girlfriend Dr. Shirley Turner, filmmaker Kurt Kuenne was shocked to learn that Turner was pregnant with Bagby's unborn child. Hoping to create film that would serve as both a memorial to Bagby and an introduction to the father the boy would never know, Kuenne quickly began production on a film celebrating the life of his late friend.
