Enhanced Wellness and Preventive Service Benefits To enroll for the Enhanced Wellness and Preventive Service Benefits, (the details of which is available at the Web site listed below) you will need your Caremark ID number. Your Caremark ID number is your personnel number with three or four leading zeros (depending on whether your id number has 5 digits or 6 digits) in front of your personnel number for a total of a 9 digit ID number. Your personnel number can be found on your paystub on Firefly. Note that this is not your NU ID number. For example, if your personnel number is 135432, your Caremark ID number is 000135432.
