Last year UNL partnered with the Food Bank of Lincoln to help provide over
3,000 Thanksgiving meals, and they need your help to do it again. Drop off

 4. Thanksgiving holiday hours at Campus Rec Centers
The Campus Rec Center and EC Activities Building will have adjusted hours
Nov. 25-29 for the Thanksgiving holiday. Hours are posted at both

 5. University Bookstore closing for Thanksgiving weekend
The University Bookstore will be closed for the Thanksgiving weekend
starting Wednesday, Nov. 25. They will be open regular hours on Monday and
Tuesday.

 6. Kid's Night Out at the UNL Campus Rec Center
UNL Campus Recreation will offer Kid's Night Out for youth age 6-9 years
from 5:30 to 10 p.m. on Nov. 20 and Dec. 11 at the Campus Rec Center. Kids
will participate in crafts, games, sports, a pizza party, and movie. It's
a great time for kids while parents have a free evening during the holiday
season. The cost is $16 per child for UNL students and CREC members; $24
per child for general public. Pre-registration is required and can be
completed at the Campus Rec Center or EC Activities Building.

Join the Chancellor's Commission on the Status of People of Color for a
focus group about issues and topics that impact employment experiences at
UNL. This will be an informal session directed towards the development of

thinking and position of the collective body of faculty of color. The next
