Tom Oldham is a recipient of a 2004 Jack Kent Cooke Scholarship, which will cover the costs of tuition, room, and board while studying dramaturgy at Columbia University in New York City. Dramaturgy combines the English and history (majors) and theatre arts (minor) he studied to earn his BA from UNL in May 2004. While attending the University, Tom was active in the Honors Program, including the Peer Mentor program and the Student Advisory Board. He received a research grant through the UCARE program to write his thesis, "Title Pages in Early British Novels," with Stephen Behrendt, PhD, as his advisor. Tom graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and was selected to The Society of Innocents.
