I am a sophomore theatre major with an emphasis in lighting design at the Johnny Carson School of Theater and Film. I am also involved in the Cornhusker and Marching Band and Big Red Express. This spring I will be designing "High School Musical" in Omaha and Master Electrician for JCSTF production of "Suburbia." I love attending all areas of the arts including operas and choral and instrumental concerts. I am excited for my first year in the Undergraduate Student Advisory Board and hope to make our college even better than it already is.
Dallas Fowler
I'm a freshman art major from Elkhorn, Nebraska, and I'm new to the Student Advisory Board. Studying art through high school and taking studio courses at Kansas City Art Institute has compelled and inspired me to dig into my major and to connect with the UNL art community and all it has to offer. I enjoy attending lectures, First Fridays, and Lied Center performances. After acquiring a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, I'd like to receive a Master's at an Art institute somewhere in the Midwest. As for now, though, I'm excited for my next four years at the University!
Ben Kamprath
Ben Kamprath grew up in a small Nebraska town. Most of his younger years were spent drawing monsters and climbing trees. Now working towards a BFA in Studio Art, he's usually found on the UNL campus, either working in the studio or selling computers to folks at the UNL Computer Shop. Wyatt Kent
I am a Junior from Columbus, Nebraska majoring in Theatre with an emphasis in
performance at the Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film. I am also a
musical theater minor and enjoy my time performing in choir ensembles as well
as performing in plays and musicals. I am very excited for the great
opportunities in the future of the Fine and Performing Arts college and am
glad for the opportunity to be a part of it.
Liz Love
I am a junior music education major here at UNL,
with an emphasis in saxophone. I am from Lincoln,
and I have a Regent's Scholarship. I have
had so many great opportunities in the School of Music when playing in the
Wind Ensemble, Jazz Band, and Saxophone Choir and Quartet, and I feel so
privileged to work with the incredible faculty in the School of Music. I
hold a position in my sorority, and also am a member of Sigma Alpha Iota, an
international music fraternity. I am the vice president of the student
chapter of the International Association for Jazz Education at UNL. I hope
to represent the undergraduate students in the School of Music and the
whole Hixson-Lied College of Fine and Performing Arts very well on the
Student Advisory Board!

Hi, I'm Mikah Tacha, and I'm a freshman art major. I'm from a Nebraska community of only 730 people, so I was very excited to come to UNL and its very dynamic campus. So far I've been involved with the University Honors Program, Pepsi Service Scholars, women's lacrosse team, and am a student docent at the Sheldon Art Gallery.
