Lincoln, Neb. - The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Clay Club will host its Annual Spring Ceramics Sale on Friday, May 1st, from 9am to 8pm and Saturday, May 2nd, from 9am to 5pm. The sale is held in Richards Hall, room 118 on UNL city campus, across the parking lot from the football stadium.

The sale will include works of ceramic art created by undergraduate students, graduate students, and alumni. The work consists of functional pottery, vessels and sculpture, and represents a broad range of aesthetics, techniques and concepts. The high quality and diversity of this work ensures that everyone who attends will find something they wish to take home for themselves or give as a gift.

In addition to the sale, there will be a raffle of work donated by students and faculty. Tickets for the raffle can be purchased on Friday or Saturday; it is not necessary to be present to win. The drawing will be held at 5pm on Saturday.

The UNL Clay Club organizes the biannual Clay Club Ceramics Sales to support inviting nationally recognized ceramic artists and critics to deliver lectures and workshops that are open to the public. The organization also facilitates student attendance at the annual National Conference for Education in the Ceramic Arts.
