Lincoln, Neb. - The University of Nebraska-Lincoln School of Music Choral ensembles will perform Randall Thompson's Peaceable Kingdom, Sunday, April 25 at 3:00 pm in Kimball Recital Hall.

The acoustics of Kimball Recital Hall bring the voices of the University Women's Chorale and Varsity Men's Chorus as they come together in a memorable performance of Randall Thompson's inspiring work Peaceable Kingdom, a sequence of a capella choruses, based on selected texts from the book of Isaiah and inspired by the painting by Edward Hicks.
The second part of the concert will feature the City Campus Choir and East Campus Choir in a performance of John Rutter'sRequiem and several other selected choral works.
