Lincoln, Neb. - The University of Nebraska-Lincoln School of Music in the Hixson-Lied College of Fine and Performing Arts announces faculty artist Ann Chang will give a piano recital on Tuesday, August 30 at 7:30 pm in Kimball Recital Hall. This event is FREE and open to the public.
The program will feature Ballade, Op. 23 in G minor by Frederic Chopin; Piano Sonata Op. 2, No. 1 by Ludwig van Beethoven; Andante from Sonata for solo violin No. 2 in A minor, BWV 1003 by J.S. Bach, transcribed for piano by Leopold Godowsky; Impromptu, Op. 142, No. 3 in Bb Major by Franz Schubert; and Piano Sonata, Op. 27, No. 2 "Moonlight" by Ludwig van Beethoven.
