Recruitment Philosophy

The strength and image of each chapter and the sorority depends upon each chapter's ability to attain and maintain quota and chapter total. Gamma Phi Beta's Recruitment philosophy states, "In order to strengthen the quality and prestige of our sisterhood, growth is essential. It is the privilege and responsibility of each chapter to ensure this growth through a carefully planned, rehearsed and effectively implemented RECRUITMENT program, resulting in maximum chapter size."

At Pi Chapter our recruitment requirements are:

• All Freshmen applicants must have a minimum high school GPA of 3.5 and a 21 ACT. College applicants should have a 3.3 GPA plus college / community activity involvement.
• Applicants should demonstrate a well rounded character highlighting success in the areas of scholarship, leadership and service.
