On-Campus Housing and University Family Housing

Residence Halls

These are the halls most appealing to graduate students:

The Courtyards: Apartment-style residence hall.
The Village: Apartment-style residence hall.
Husker Hall: Traditional residence hall, without meal plan.
Selleck Quadrangle: Traditional residence hall, with meal plan and separate building for graduate students.
Fedde Hall: Traditional residence hall, on East Campus.

Students who wish to live on campus will find a wide variety of options at Nebraska. All residence hall complexes offer students a computer room, television lounges, laundry facilities, study rooms, and an information desk, plus a direct Ethernet internet connection in every room. Some halls offer year-round housing, and most offer a dining service.

For photographs, floor plans, contract information, a complete list of halls, and more details about what each hall offers, click the hall links above or just browse the University Housing website. Costs vary depending on options selected by the student, but they do not include UNL parking permits.

Family Housing

The University operates unfurnished one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for married people and single parents registered as full-time students. For details on rent, amenities, floor plans, and locations, as well as eligibility policies and an application form, go to University Housing's Family Housing page. There is usually a six- to 12-month waiting list for these apartments.
